Q1. How to shop on the official website?
You can browse the product page, select the items and quantity you want to purchase, add them to the shopping cart and follow the checkout process to complete your order.

Q2. Do I need to register as a member to shop?
You can place an order without registration, but becoming a member can enjoy order tracking, reward accumulation and exclusive discounts.

Q3. Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you have any special needs, please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing the order for assistance.


Delivery and Shipping

Q4. How long does it take for product delivery?
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Pre-orders and special offers will be subject to availability as indicated on the product page.

Q5. How is the shipping fee calculated?
Taiwan delivery: Free shipping for orders over NT$1,500. A NT$80 shipping fee will be charged for orders under NT$1,500.
Shipping costs for outlying islands and overseas will be calculated based on the logistics method and region, and will be displayed on the checkout page.


Return and Exchange Service

Q6. If there is a problem with the product after receiving it, how can I return or exchange it?
Please contact us via our customer service email within 7 days (including holidays) of receiving the product, and keep the product intact (including packaging, accessories, and gifts). We will assist you with the return and exchange process.

Q7. Under what circumstances can returns or exchanges not be accepted?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been opened or used (excluding defective items).

  • Expired the appreciation period (7 days).

  • Personalized products and items marked "not eligible for returns."

Q9. What is Tongdi Coin? How do I use it?
Tongdi Coin is a shopping reward provided by this official website. 2% of the checkout amount will be automatically issued 15 days after the order is placed and is valid for one year.
The discount can be used at checkout on your next purchase (both on the official website and at physical events).

All orders will be issued with an electronic invoice and sent to your email address. If you require a company invoice, please fill in the company code and title at checkout.
