Refund and Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the time you receive the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems <br>Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items <br>Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges <br>The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period <br>Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods for any reason within 14 days without any valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds <br>Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.

Things to note before ordering

  • Clothing items can be opened and tried on, but when returning or exchanging, the outer packaging and contents must be kept new, the tags must be intact, and the item must not be soiled by water.
  • If you use any discounts (including combination discounts and discount codes) when purchasing, we do not provide returns or refunds, only exchanges


Precautions

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a seven-day trial period (starting from the day after you receive the product, including national holidays). This trial period does not apply to product returns or exchanges. Products must be brand new, unopened, and in their original packaging to be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges for opened products are not accepted. Returns or exchanges beyond the seven-day period will not be accepted (including for missing items, which cannot be replaced).
  • Partial returns are not accepted. Once any item in an order has been opened, it cannot be returned. Returned items must be intact, including all items, gifts, accessories, packaging, accompanying documents or materials, physical invoices, and shipping notes. To ensure your return rights, please return the returned item. If the returned item is not the same as the order, and all items (including gifts) in the order have not been properly packaged and returned intact, you will be required to pay for the replacement shipping at your own expense.


Returns (exchanges) are not accepted in the following circumstances

  • More than seven days have passed since receiving the product.
  • The product is a private personal hygiene product. Considering hygiene issues, once opened, it cannot be returned (it is considered opened once the outer plastic film is torn). Unless there are defects in the product itself, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product is opened.
  • Product damage caused by human error.


    Completely packaged return and exchange products
    • Returns - Please pack all documents including the product (including any gifts), delivery note and paper invoice (if you requested one) together.
    • Exchanges – Please pack the product and shipping instructions intact. (No need to return the invoice).

    Once our company confirms that the goods have been retrieved and inspected, we will immediately process the subsequent refund or exchange for you.

Refund Instructions

  • If you paid by credit card, we will process your refund online after the returned item is retrieved and the contents are confirmed by our staff. The actual date of crediting your refund varies depending on the issuing bank. Please contact your issuing bank to confirm the actual crediting date.
  • If you paid by other means, you must provide the correct remittance account number to facilitate the refund process. If the remittance account number is incorrect, the refund will not be processed. We will cover the remittance processing fee.
  • If the refund information is correct, we will refund the item within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. The actual credit date for the credit card may vary depending on the issuing bank. If we are unable to contact you due to issues with the refund information, your request will be cancelled.
