Rules for the Tongdi Coin Cash Back Program

Thank you for supporting Commonplace . To reward our customers, we offer a "Commonplace Coin Cash Back Program." Please read the following rules carefully before participating:

1. Feedback Mechanism

  1. Reward ratio : All purchases made on the Tongdi official website or physical stores can receive a "Tongdi Coin" reward of 2% of the checkout amount.

  2. Rebate calculation basis : The rebate is based on the actual payment amount (excluding shipping costs and other discount amounts).

  3. Reward effective time : 15 days after the order is completed, the eligible Tongdi coins will be automatically transferred to the member account.

2. Usage

  1. Discount rules :

    • 1 Tongdi Coin = 1 New Taiwan Dollar

    • The discount can be used for your next purchase on the official website or in-store .

  2. Restrictions on Use :

    • Tongdi Coin cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is provided.

    • Tongdi Coin cannot be transferred, donated or merged into other people's accounts.

  3. Usage order : When checking out, the system will give priority to deducting the Tongdi coins that are about to expire within the validity period.

III. Validity Period

  1. Each Tongdi Coin is valid for one year from the date of deposit and will automatically become invalid after the expiration date.

  2. Overdue unused Tongdi Currency will not be reissued or extended.

4. Return and Exchange

  1. If an order is refunded, the Tongdi coins generated by the order will be automatically deducted.

  2. If Tongdi Coin has been used for a refund order, the system will first deduct the corresponding discount amount from the refund amount.

5. Notes

  1. Commonplace Coins are reward points and can only be used for consumption in Commonplace.

  2. The Company reserves the right to amend, change, suspend, or terminate this program at any time. Relevant information will be announced on the official website without further notice.

  3. If the feedback calculation error occurs due to system abnormality or force majeure, the company reserves the right to adjust the amount of Tongdi coins in the member account.
