Shipping time

Due to limited staffing, orders are shipped within 1-3 days of order placement. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. For home delivery, the delivery time is 1-2 days after order placement. If a delivery falls on a weekend or public holiday, the delivery time will be extended. For convenience store delivery, the delivery time is 2-3 days after order placement. If a delivery falls on a weekend or public holiday, the delivery time will be extended. For high-volume orders, orders may be shipped 1-2 days later. The actual delivery time will be based on the shipping notification email you receive. Thank you for your understanding.

Regulations for convenience store pickup

Please pick up and pay for your goods at your designated store within 7 days from the date you receive the "Arrival Notification Email and SMS".

If you are unable to collect your order at the store on the scheduled date, please contact customer service and we will promptly assist you in tracking the product's whereabouts. If you fail to collect your order within the specified timeframe, the product will be returned to the fulfillment center. If you still need the product, please re-order online. If you fail to collect your order twice in total, we will no longer offer cash on delivery service. Thank you for your understanding.
